NOTICES

PHOTOS Over the next few weeks Angela Ridge will be taking photos of various church activities. This will include during services. Most of the photos during services will be taken facing the Altar from the back of the Church. Some of these photos may be published on the internet so if you do not wish your image to appear, please let one of the clergy or church wardens know.

CONTACT DETAILS Do we have your contact details? It is over a year since our big exercise to obtain everyone’s contact details to ensure we were in compliance with GDPR. We are aware that new faces have joined our church family since then and we don’t have their details. If this is you, we would really appreciate your contact details and invite you to fill in a form that the church wardens have by the church door as you leave today or pick one up from the back of the church.

Village Hall Lunch Urgent help is needed to set up the tables and chairs in The Church Hall. The Lunch is held monthly on the 2nd Thursday. This would be from 12.15pm until 12.45pm. Thank you. Please contact Margaret Stephenson 0208 460 8809.

MEMORIAL SERVICE… to remember and give thanks for those we miss – Remembrance Sunday, 3.30pm. All are welcome and if you know someone who might appreciate being asked please do so. After the service there will be light refreshments provided by our Mothers’ Union.

TOYS FOR WELCARE AT CHRISTMAS   There will be no toy distribution for Welcare in Bromley this year due to staff shortages.  However, they will be collecting vouchers to distribute to those that they work with.  The One4All voucher (available from the Post Office and other outlets) is a good choice for those that wish to donate. Please leave voucher or cash to be converted to vouchers in Parish Office. More details: Debi Warde, debiandliam@aol.com

Save the date of the Church Christmas Fair – Saturday 7th December 2019.  Please save the above date for this year’s Christmas Fair.  The stalls have now been allocated to stall holders.  However, we have had no volunteers for the Lucky Dip & Guess the…? stall. Please do let us know if you are interested in running this.

As per previous years there will be a raffle. If you are able to assist in organising donations, please do let us know and liaise with us beforehand to avoid duplications.  Further details and requests for contributions/help in advance and on the day will follow.  If you would like to offer your help in any particular area or have any ideas for this year’s Fair, please let us know.  Please direct all queries regarding the Fair to Samantha Byrne.
